Have you ever heard any positive comments about Avantalk before? Neither have I but it looks like it’s just about to change thanks to the new line of their bluetooth wireless Skype headsets. To be perfectly honest I personally prefer to buy electronics from established, reliable companies even if it means paying up the premium – but this time paying £20 more just to have a Sony headset doesn’t make sense. Some rising companies get it right and Avantalk is one of them.
One of the best features of this headset is very clear voice recording even in noisy environment. Think how many times you’ve had to repeat yourself because of TV running in the background during your Skype conversation – well, not any more. Users report the battery times to be really good as well with talking times ranging between 6 and 8 hours – and it’s better than some mobile phones, mind you.
Overall brilliant headset for the money – unless you’re a Sony or Creative fanboy, there’s no need to splash any more money.
